Every BSI Certified laptop and desktop at TechSocial goes through a rigorous refurbishment and quality-assurance process before it is made available for sale. Each device undergoes extensive testing covering the key components and functions, including the processor, memory, storage, display, keyboard, touchpad, ports, connectivity, battery and overall system performance. Where required, genuine manufacturer parts are replaced to restore the device to the required standard.
Cosmetic condition is also carefully assessed. Devices may be professionally cleaned, refurbished or resprayed where necessary, helping them look as close to perfect as possible while extending their useful life.
