This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Policy outlines TechSocial’s commitment to ethical business practices, community support and responsible governance. As a refurbished computer reseller, TechSocial recognise our responsibility to operate sustainably while contributing positively to society and the environment.

1. Purpose and Scope This policy applies to all business activities and sets out how TechSocial integrates social responsibility and ethical considerations into its operations, decision-making processes and financial practices.

2. Social Responsibility and Community Impact TechSocial is committed to supporting communities across the United Kingdom. As part of this commitment, we donate 10% of our operating margins to UK-registered charities. These donations are calculated and distributed on a quarterly basis. All charitable contributions are made to recognised charities in line with HMRC and Charity Commission requirements.

3. Environmental Responsibility Through the resale of professionally refurbished IT equipment, TechSocial actively supports the circular economy by extending the life cycle of technology and reducing electronic waste. We continuously seek to minimise our environmental impact through responsible sourcing, testing and refurbishment processes.

4. Governance and Ethical Conduct TechSocial operates with transparency, integrity and accountability. All charitable donations are approved by management and made in accordance with company law, ensuring they are funded from distributable profits. TechSocial maintains accurate records of all donations and complies with relevant tax and regulatory obligations.
