Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received or authorised. Where Klarna is selected, payment terms will be governed by Klarna’s agreement with the customer.
Business Customers:
Payment terms may be agreed on a case-by-case basis. Orders placed under credit terms will be invoiced and payment is due within the agreed period. Late payments may incur interest per month or the maximum permitted by law.
Pricing and Currency
Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change. Confirmed orders are locked at the price at the time of purchase.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes are applied as required by law. Business customers are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or customs duties applicable to their country.
Failed or Declined Payments
Consumer orders with declined, failed, or unauthorised payments will be held until resolved. Orders placed through PayPal or Klarna may also be subject to those providers’ fraud and verification checks. Business orders with overdue invoices may result in order suspension or cancellation.
Refunds and Returns
Please see our Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be made using the original payment method where possible. For Klarna purchases, refunds will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s policies. Business customer refunds may alternatively be credited to your account.

Payment information is encrypted via industry-standard SSL. TechSocial does not store consumer card details. Payments processed via PayPal or Klarna are handled securely by their respective platforms.
