Payment Terms Policy
At TechSocial we offer refurbished hardware to both consumers and businesses. By placing an order, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Accepted Payment Methods
Consumers:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Business Customers:
- Bank Transfers
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Corporate Purchase Orders (POs) — subject to approval
- Payment Timing
Consumers:
- Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Business Customers:
- Payment terms may be agreed on a case-by-case basis (e.g., Net 30 or Net 60).
- Orders placed under credit terms will be invoiced and payment is due within the agreed period.
- Late payments may incur interest per month or the maximum permitted by law.
- Pricing and Currency
- Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change.
- Confirmed orders are locked at the price at the time of purchase.
- Taxes and Duties
- Taxes are applied as required by law.
- Business customers are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or customs duties applicable to their country.
- Failed or Declined Payments
- Consumer orders with declined payments will be held until resolved.
- Business orders with overdue invoices may result in order suspension or cancellation.
- Refunds and Returns

- Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be made using the original payment method or credited to your account for business customers.
- Security
- Payment information is encrypted via industry-standard SSL.
- TechSocial does not store consumer card details.
